1. What is an aluminum bronze sheet/plate

Aluminum bronze plate is a highly stable, low-maintenance roofing and curtain wall material that is environmentally friendly, safe to use, easy to process, and extremely corrosion-resistant.

1) The yield strength and elongation of aluminum bronze plates are inversely proportional. The hardness of aluminum bronze plates after processing and bending increases extremely high, but it can be reduced through heat treatment.

2) Among all metal materials used in construction, copper has the best elongation performance and has great advantages in adapting to architectural shapes.

3) Aluminum bronze plates are not limited by processing temperature and are not brittle at low temperatures. At high melting points, hot melt welding methods such as oxygen blowing can be used.

4) Fireproof, non-combustible material.

5) Even in extremely corrosive atmospheric environments, aluminum bronze plates will form a strong, non-toxic passivation protective layer, commonly known as "patina". Its chemical composition depends on the air conditions in the area, but the "patina" of various compositions has basically the same protective effect on aluminum bronze plates. This passivation film is very stable and can automatically repair itself if damaged, making it difficult to see with the naked eye.
