1. What is a copper coil/strip
A metal component known as copper strip comes in a variety of states with product specifications ranging from 0.1 to 350 to 250mm. It is mostly used to make connectors, buttons, seals, light holders, battery caps, and lampshades. It is mostly utilized for conductive, thermal, and corrosion-resistant equipment. such as radiators, conductive base materials, switches, washers, gaskets, electric vacuum devices, and different elements like car water tanks, heat sinks, cylinder fins, etc.
Compared with ordinary plastics, it can be found that the main materials of plastic belts contain chemical additives such as plasticizers, which are prone to escape or hardening and embrittlement of plastics due to changes in time and temperature. The red copper tape does not have the various modifiers, auxiliaries, additives, and other chemical components of plastic tape, and its properties are very stable. Moreover, the E. coli in the water supply cannot continue to reproduce in the copper belt channel. More than 99% of the bacteria in the water are completely killed after entering the copper belt channel for 5 hours.
Moreover, the structure of the copper tape is extremely dense and impermeable. No harmful substances such as grease, bacteria, viruses, oxygen, or ultraviolet rays can pass through it and pollute the water quality. In addition, the copper tape does not contain chemical additives and will not burn and release toxic gases that can cause suffocation. Moreover, the recycling of copper is beneficial to environmental protection and is a sustainable green building material.

6. Applications and characteristics of copper coil/strip
Pure copper is shaped into components with a predetermined width to create copper strips. Due to copper's intrinsic qualities, the components have a number of features that make them suited for usage in a range of industrial applications, including outstanding electrical conductivity.
Characteristics and applications of copper coil/strip
1. Electrical conductivity: Copper, which is widely used in the electronic industry for circuit boards, transformers, wires, cables, etc., is a superior electrical conductor.
2. Thermal conductivity: Due to their great thermal conductivity, copper coils/strips are frequently employed in radiators, heat exchangers, and other heating appliances.
3. Plasticity: Copper coil/strip may be molded into a variety of shapes with ease. Processing techniques that are frequently used to create materials for handicrafts and construction decorations include stamping, bending, cutting, etc.
4. Corrosion resistance: Copper coil/strips are frequently employed in the manufacture of equipment for the chemical industry, the maritime industry, and other settings due to their relative corrosion resistance.
Copper coil/strip has a broad range of uses, including plumbing fittings, electrical components, waveguides, base plates, bus bars, heat exchanger components, blade and ring terminals, cables, power transmission components, automotive spark plug electrodes, resistance welding electrodes, terminals, and high conductivity items for use at raised temperatures. Both hot and cold forming characteristics are excellent and can be used wherever extensive machining is not required.
