1. What is C71300 copper-nickel pipe/tube?
C71300 white copper is a structural copper-nickel alloy.
ASTM C71300 requirements are met by the structural copper-nickel alloy known as C71300 white copper. It is appropriate for pressure processing in both hot and cold environments due to its good mechanical qualities and resistance to corrosion. Its mechanical characteristics and resistance to corrosion are better than those of B5.B19 because of the increased nickel content.
