1. Introduction to 5052 aluminum coil
5052 aluminum coil has good formability, corrosion resistance, fatigue strength, and medium static strength, and can be used to manufacture aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, vehicle and ship sheet metal parts, instruments, etc. Street lamps, hardware rivets, and brackets, etc.
The welding seam of the 5052 aluminum coil has high strength and plasticity, and the welding seam strength reaches 95% to 98% of the strength of the base metal. However, the air tightness of the weld is not high. It is recommended to use 5A03 alloy as solder, which can improve its air tightness and eliminate the tendency of cracks.

Precautions
When used for welding rods and cladding, the beryllium content should not exceed 0.0008%
The beryllium content is added in the specified amount and no analysis is required.
Only when agreed between the supply and demand parties, the Ti+Zr content of extruded and forged products is limited to no more than 0.20%.
The zinc content of 3A21 alloy used as rivet wire should not be greater than 0.03%
