What is anodizing
Electrochemistry is used in anodizing, particularly in the anodizing of aluminum. A dense oxide film is created on the surface of the aluminum plate after the material is exposed to an electrolyte solution. The name of this procedure is surface anodizing.
The anodized aluminum plates' surface treatment method is distinct from conventional printing technology. Anodizing process

Why is aluminum anodized?
After prolonged use, the aluminum plate will rust in the air. 6. Applications and characteristics of anodized aluminum sheets/coil
1. High hardness and good corrosion resistance In the anodizing experiment, the aluminum plate is used as the anode and submerged in the appropriate electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.). Electrolysis is carried out under controlled circumstances using an applied current. A thin layer of aluminum oxide is created on the anode's aluminum plate after it has undergone oxidation. The hard anodized film can be as thick as 60 to 200 m, and its thickness ranges from 5 to 20 m. The product has a high degree of hardness, excellent insulation, great resistance to corrosion, and a high capacity for adsorption.
