Approach:

  1. Strengthen the protection of inert gas during heat treatment.   2. Strengthen the cleaning of the surface of the copper strip to maintain a high degree of smoothness. During the rough rolling and annealing processes, oxides will inevitably be generated on the surface of the copper strip, which requires cleaning methods such as pickling, degreasing, and passivation.

  3. Strengthen the control of production process. Use a brush and clean water to clean the impurities on the surface of the copper strip. Before rolling, wrap the copper strip with lining paper to prevent the surface from being scratched. In addition, the all-oil rolling method is adopted, the oil removal device of the rolling mill is modified, the rolling speed is slowed down, and all feasible methods are adopted to remove residual pollutants on the surface of the copper strip.   4. Strengthen control over the final packaging of finished products. The copper strip must be dried after pickling. A humid environment will accelerate the corrosion of copper and affect the accuracy of the finished product. Therefore, in order to ensure the dryness of the product, double measures are taken. While drying the finished product as much as possible, when packaging, first wrap it with a plastic bag, and then wrap it with white film to effectively prevent external moisture during transportation.
